Before your first visit, we will send you a client intake form. Please fill it in and send it back to us before your appointment. Consultation Fees: Adults: first session $60 Ongoing sessions $120 Under 18 years: first session $40 ongoing sessions $80 Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
