Before your first visit, we will send you a client intake form. Please fill it in and send it back to us before your appointment. Consultation Fees: Adults: first session $60 Ongoing sessions $120 Teenagers and children: first session $40 ongoing sessions $80 Payment is due upfront. No refunds for no-shows.
