If you do have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. No refunds for no show-ups. Refunds will only be made when evidence is provided due to unforeseen circumstances.

Referrals are required for chronic pain and insomnia

Please do not consume coffee ten hours before your session.

If you create an account with Buena Vista Therapy, you can reschedule and cancel your next appointment for another time. It is vital that you let us know if you need to cancel your appointment. Please advise us of your cancellation 24hrs before. To cancel your appointment please call (03) 9333 6365 and leave a message.

Sessions go for one hour. Sometimes the session can extend for an extra thirty minutes at no extra cost.

FEES

Adults

First session $60. Ongoing sessions $120

Teenagers (under 18) and children

First session $40. Ongoing Sessions $80

New clients must pay upfront for in-person appointments. Cancellations made before 24 hours are eligible for a refund. No-shows and appointment changes within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Our practice is licensed to work with children.

Open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
