Online Sessions

Online zoom sessions are available. All you need is a computer and a microphone. 

 

Let Buena Vista Therapy come to you virtually. Some clients live far from our practice or are unable to travel; however, with today's technology virtual online sessions is really the next-best thing from face-to-face therapy.

Online virtual sessions can be done from the comfort of your home. All you need is a laptop and some dedicated time for yourself.

It is recommend to find a quiet room to do the virtual online sessions. By using our virtual online sessions, you avoid unnecessary travel and the hassle of finding a babysitter to care for your children.

Once you have booked your online appointment, a link will be sent to access your session.
