We do not share information with third parties at any time; however, if you wish for a family member to be updated on your progress a signed consent form must be issued.

Bookings and Cancellations
If you do have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. No refunds for no show ups. Refunds will only be made when evidence is provided due to unforeseen circumstances. To cancel please email us at or call 0412 554 726 and leave a message.
If you are eligible for a refund, our accounting department will contact you.
