If you create an account with Buena Vista Therapy, you can reschedule and cancel your next appointment for another time. It is vital that you let us know if you need to cancel your appointment. Sessions go for one hour. Sometimes the session can extend for an extra thirty minutes at no extra cost.

Discovery Call (15 minutes – Complimentary)

A gentle first step to briefly talk through what’s been going on for you and what kind of support you’re looking for.

This call gives you the opportunity to ask questions, understand how I work, and see if this approach feels right for you.

If it feels aligned, we’ll outline the next steps and how we can begin working together.

All New Clients first Initial Session – $80 / upfront payment is required. 

 

This first session is a supportive space to explore what’s been going on for you and begin creating meaningful change.

We’ll identify key patterns, gain clarity around what may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and start building a path forward.

Many clients leave this session feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and direction for what comes next.

Ongoing Transformation Sessions - Adults – $150 | Children & Teens – $110 - No upfront payments. 

 

Ongoing sessions are focused on creating deeper, lasting change. We continue working through emotional patterns, anxiety, habits, or behavioural challenges using a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy techniques. 

Each session builds on the last, supporting greater emotional regulation, confidence, and long-term resilience.

Most clients benefit from attending a series of sessions (typically 3–6) to achieve meaningful and lasting results.

Cancellations made before 24 hours are eligible for a refund. No-shows and appointment changes within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable; however, refunds may be considered in the case of unforeseen circumstances, where appropriate supporting evidence is provided.
