This initial session is a supportive space to understand what’s been going on for you and begin creating meaningful change. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify underlying patterns, and build clarity around what may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your situation and the first steps toward moving forward. Initial Session (New Clients): $80 Payment is required upfront to secure your appointment. A client intake form will be sent to you and must be completed prior to your session. We look forward to supporting you.
