Most of us don’t realise this, but we live a large part of our lives on autopilot — especially when it comes to our thoughts. In this video, I talk about unconscious negative thoughts and why we so often accept them without questioning them. Thoughts like “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll always struggle,” or “I’ll never find love” can quietly shape our choices, relationships, confidence, and self-worth — even when we’re not aware of it. These thoughts aren’t facts. They’re learned patterns that run in the background of the mind. And when we don’t notice them, they can end up running our life. Awareness is the first step to change. When you begin to notice the thoughts you’ve been believing automatically, you create space for choice, growth, and self-compassion.
