Why Talking about your Trauma is NOT Enough

Talking about your trauma is not enough to heal. While talking about your trauma brings awareness, your automatic nervous system still feels under threat. To bring healing to the nervous system, we must learn to regulate it. That means incorporating some life style changes, and being opened to other modalities like EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy and trauma-informed therapy. Trauma can be managed and healed.
