Service Description

This first session is a supportive space to explore what’s been going on for you and begin creating meaningful change. We also identify what unconscious processes are present than need to be challenged. Please note: clinical hypnotherapy is NOT done in the initial session. We’ll identify key patterns, gain clarity around what may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and start building a path forward. Many clients leave this session feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and direction for what comes next. Initial Session (New Clients): $80. A deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. Payment is required upfront to secure your appointment. A client intake form will be sent to you and must be completed prior to your session. We look forward to supporting you.
